Terms of service

Plain version: be 18 or older, post your own work, keep licensed characters, artist names and drug references off the site, and we keep the charts free. The rest of this page is the same thing said carefully. Last updated August 2026.

1. Who can use PLURcraft

You need to be 18 or older to make an account, sign up for the email list or post to Stacks, and you confirm that when you sign in for the first time. This site is written for adults in the festival scene — that is the audience, the tone and the subject matter — and it is not directed to children. We do not ask for a birthday and we do not knowingly keep information from anyone under 18; if you believe a minor has made an account, email hello@plurcraft.com and we will delete it. Reading charts needs no account at all.

2. Your account

There are no passwords: signing in means clicking a one-time link sent to your email, so whoever controls that inbox controls the account. Keep it locked down. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you can delete it, and everything in it, from your settings page at any time.

3. What you can post

Everything submitted to Stacks goes past a human before anyone else sees it. When you send one in you tick this box, and it means what it says:

I confirm that I am 18 or older and that I own or have permission to share this photo and design.

Concretely, you are telling us that:

• the design is your own original work, or you have permission to publish it;
• any photo is one you took, of a piece you made, and every face in it belongs to an adult who agreed to be on a public page;
• it does not copy someone else's chart, illustration or photo.

What we will not host

• Licensed characters, logos and brands. No Pokémon, no Sanrio, no Disney, no Nintendo, no sports or band marks. Not as a chart, not as a title, not as a tag. This one is not negotiable — it is the whole reason the site can host patterns at all.
• Artist and DJ names, and festival branding. Their names are their trademarks. We name festivals as plain text, to say which event we are talking about, and never with a logo, an official typeface, a mascot or stage art.
• Drug references. Substance names, paraphernalia, and the coded versions, in titles, phrases, descriptions, tags or trade stories.
• Profanity, slurs, harassment, sexual content and anything that pressures somebody into contact. A trade is asked for, never assumed.
• Anything illegal, and anything that identifies a private person — their face without consent, their handle, their location.
• Anyone under 18, in a photo or behind an account.

An automatic word filter catches the obvious cases when you submit, and a moderator decides the rest. A rejection comes back with a reason, and you can fix the piece and send it again.

4. Who owns what you post

You keep every right you had in your design. To show it, we need your permission to do the obvious things: by posting to Stacks you grant PLURcraft a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host it, display it, resize and re-render it, generate a share image from it, and show it on the site's own pages and in previews of those pages elsewhere. That licence lasts as long as the post is on the site.

Delete the post, or delete your account, and the licence ends with it — we stop showing it. Copies other people already made and printed are, realistically, out of everyone's hands.

5. What you can do with our charts

The charts on this site are free to use: make them, wear them, trade them at a show, and sell the finished pieces you made by hand. That is what they are for. What you may not do is scrape the charts, bead counts or shopping lists and republish them as a pattern library of your own — the individual designs are free, the collection is the work.

Stack posts belong to the people who made them, under the same spirit: make the piece, do not repackage the chart.

6. Moderation and ending an account

We can reject a submission, take a published post down, or close an account that keeps breaking these rules — including on a valid copyright notice, which is covered on our DMCA page. Repeat infringement ends an account. Serious cases we act on immediately and explain afterwards.

Believe a decision was wrong? Reply to the email or write to hello@plurcraft.com — a person reads it.

7. Festivals, safety and affiliate links

Festival guides on this site are independent. Not affiliated with or endorsed by any festival, promoter, venue, or artist; festival names are used only to identify the events discussed. Entry rules, bag sizes and age policies change every year — we link the organizer's current page and you check it before you pack, because we cannot promise anything gets through a gate.

Bead and cord links may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Prices and stock are the retailer's, not ours, and were accurate on the date shown next to them. Details on the affiliate disclosure page.

8. No promises about the site itself

PLURcraft is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. Bead counts and cord lengths are calculated carefully and are still estimates — check them before you cut. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the site, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us, which is nothing.

9. Changes

If these terms change, the date at the top changes and the new version goes up here. Anything that materially affects accounts will also be emailed to the people who have one.
