What's an affiliate link

Some of the product links on our beads page and in pattern "shopping list" sections are affiliate links — most are part of the Amazon Associates program, and some go to other craft retailers with their own affiliate programs. When you click through and make a qualifying purchase, we earn a commission from the retailer. The price you pay is exactly the same whether you use our link or go to the retailer directly.

PLURcraft participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by linking to Amazon.com.

How this affects what we recommend

We only list beads, cord and tools we've actually strung with ourselves. A retailer paying a commission doesn't buy a spot on the beads page — if something is on this site, it's because we'd point a friend to it anyway. When a link is affiliate, the outgoing link is marked with a rel="sponsored" attribute, which is how we flag paid links to search engines as well as to you.

No cost to you

Affiliate commissions come out of the retailer's margin, not out of your pocket. Using our links instead of searching the product yourself is one of the easiest ways to support the site if you find the charts useful. We do not sell finished kandi and we take no commission on anything traded between two people.
